Shipping 

Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping company, Whole Heartedly Herb is no longer responsible for the package. The risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier for assistance in locating your package.

Return and Refund

 Please let us know if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase so we can try to assist.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call or email us within 30 days of your delivery date so we can correct the problem immediately.

 For Tea and Gifts, we can not accept any returns, as tea is a food product. We encourage buying tea in sample sizes before buying them in the larger bulk sizes. Also, as a natural agricultural product, some seasonal variance in flavor profile is to be expected.
